The Waters Edge Hotel is a tourist class hotel centrally located on the beach, near the Boardwalk. The hotel has recently been completely renovated to provide the most up to date comforts and amenities. The guest rooms are roomy and comfortable and all feature fully equipped kitchens and private balconies. The hotel is located in a 'trendy' area a Daytona Beach and is near restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shopping of all sorts. The hotel prides itself on it's "pleasant staff and smiling faces". The hotel is minutes to fine dining, shopping and entertainment. Reservations for 3/01/02-4/14/02, 07/01-07/02, and 10/17-19/02 have a 7 day cancellation policy. Reservations for 05/24-26/02, 08/30/02-9/01/02 and 11/27-30/02 have a 3 day cancellation policy. From the last week of February thru the end of April each person occupying a room must be 21 years old, and a $75 security deposit per person to be paid in cash upon arrival. For all other dates there is a $25 cash deposit.
